Greetings to all our readers!

We are thrilled to introduce you to our latest innovation, the AI360 platform, a product of six months of relentless effort, creativity, and collaboration by the Lab45 team. This platform is a testament to our commitment to harnessing the power of Generative AI to revolutionize productivity and efficiency across enterprises.

The journey of building AI360 has been nothing short of exhilarating. Over the past six months, our team has been deeply engaged in designing, developing, and refining this platform. We've faced challenges, celebrated victories, and learned a great deal along the way. The result is a platform that we are immensely proud of, and one that we believe will truly make a difference in the way businesses operate.

One of the most rewarding aspects of this journey has been witnessing the rapid user adoption of AI360. We are delighted to share that we have already onboarded close to 5,000 users! All this while we were still in alpha and beta⋅⋅⋅This incredible response from our users is a strong validation of the value that AI360 brings to the table.

The AI360 platform is already making waves across various business functions. Our customized apps, Wipro Chat and Document Chat, are enhancing productivity in HR, sales, testing, and more. For instance, HR teams are leveraging AI360 to streamline processes, while sales teams are using it to generate insights and drive strategy. In the realm of testing, AI360 is being harnessed to ensure quality and efficiency. Further, given we provide API access, many platforms and apps within Wipro are already using our API’s and seeing some amazing results. Stay tuned for details on those! Like all good things a whole global team across various continents worked to make all this happen.

But this is just the beginning. We are continuously working on expanding the capabilities of AI360, and we are excited about the potential it holds. We are confident that as more and more users experience the power of AI360, its impact will only grow.

AI360 Requirements for Use

Not to engage in activity that is harmful to you, Wipro, or others. Do not attempt to create or distribute content that could be used to harass, bully, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other individuals, or otherwise cause harm to individuals, organizations, or society.
Not to engage in activity that violates the privacy of others. Do not attempt to create or distribute content that could violate the privacy of others, including disclosure of private information. Do not input any information that could directly or indirectly identify a specific person into AI360.
Not to upload content that could violate the privacy, confidentiality and/or existing contractual obligations pertaining to clients, partners, vendors and subsidiaries of Wipro. Do not upload/input third party confidential data or third-party intellectual property.
To be prudent in uploading, sharing, input Wipro Intellectual Property and Wipro Confidential Data to AI360.
Not to share output generated by AI360 on external platforms, public forum or social media.
Not to input photographs or video/audio recordings of others taken without their consent for the processing of an individual's biometric identifiers or biometric information.
Not to engage in activity that is fraudulent, false, or misleading. Do not attempt to upload, create or distribute content that could mislead or deceive others, including for example creation of disinformation, content enabling fraud- deceptive impersonation, or generate content for scams, phishing, or malware.
Not to infringe on the rights of others. Do not attempt to use AI360 to infringe on others' legal rights, including intellectual property rights.
Not to use the service to create or distribute inappropriate content or material. Wipro does not permit the use of AI360 to create or distribute spam, adult content, violence or gore, hateful content, terrorism and violent extremist content, glorification of violence, child sexual exploitation or abuse material, or content that is otherwise disturbing or offensive.
Not to engage in any activity that has a risk of physical harm (such as warfare or illegal drugs) or economic harm (such as gambling).
Not to use AI360 to obtain or provide financial, legal or medical advice without the involvement of a qualified professional.
Not to do anything illegal. Your use of AI360 must comply with applicable laws pertaining to location.
Not to attempt to override or circumvent safety filters or intentionally drive AI360 to act in a manner that contravenes Wipro policies.
Not to use AI360 for any automated decision-making, such as hiring decisions.
Not to attempt to or assist anyone to reverse engineer or decompile products pertaining to AI360.

Permissions provided to AI360

You acknowledge that:

AI360 will temporarily retain your input query and data generated by AI360 during your active login session. You should periodically refresh your session to clear this data cache.
You may also upload documents to AI360, provided you abide by the requirements above (for example, do not upload confidential client materials). AI360 will assign a dataset id to these documents, which id will be associated with your Wipro employee credentials. These documents will be retained in AI360 for approximately a month under the dataset id. However, you can and should delete the dataset id at any time it is no longer necessary for AI360 to retain these documents.
AI360 will automatically update to ensure best operation.

Use and Ownership

You must clearly mark content that it is generated by AI360. Do not represent that you or other humans created the content. Do not use AI360 for client projects unless permitted by the client or applicable contract. Refer to the AI Policy for more information.
AI360 is provided to assist you with your Wipro employment. All intellectual property rights in the AI 360 Platform and its content (excluding content provided by users) are owned by Wipro. You are granted a limited license to use Ai360, but this does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the AI 360 Platform or its content. Any content generated by AI360, is owned by Wipro and is subject to the Wipro Intellectual Property Rights Policy (“IPR Policy”).
Usage of the content generated by AI360 is subject to the IPR Policy and related policies of Wipro.

Disclaimers

Always remember that AI tools are evolving and there is no guarantee that the generated content will be accurate or complete.
The AI360 Platform is designed to assist and not to replace human decision-making. The information and suggestions provided by the AI 360 Platform are based on artificial intelligence algorithms and should not be solely relied upon without independent verification. You are responsible for reviewing and validating the accuracy and applicability of the AI 360 Platform's outputs in your context.
You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials to AI360. Do not share your credentials with others.

We take the responsible use of generative AI seriously. Violations of the requirements above or other related policies may result in reduction of your internet and/or systems access privileges and other disciplinary actions, up to and including termination of employment.

Finally... a reminder: do not input any personal data in Ai360! This means any data that could directly or indirectly identify a specific person, yourself included (except for your ADID). Your use of ai360 is subject at all times to the ai360 Terms of Use.

What is ai360?

Ai360 is a core machine learning/artificial intelligence (ML/AI) and generative AI platform for various internal and external applications. It provides users with a wide range of AI features including private chat and document chat to assist you in your everyday job.

How does ai360 work?

Ai360 is powered by the following commercial large language models (LLMs): GPT 3.5/4 provided by OpenAI and Palm2 provided by Google. A Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) technique is utilized in the platform to improve the quality of the LLM-generated responses for our Wipro employees. This means that the documents you upload during an ai360 session will be used to improve ai360’s responses to the queries you inputted during that session.

Will OpenAI and Google retain what you type and use them to train their LLMs?

None of the data you input into ai360 will be retained for training or retraining purposes by OpenAI and Google. We opted out of logging our data and monitoring. For further information please check the specific clauses:

What personal data does ai360 process?

Ai360 will be collecting your ADID to enable a Single Sign On (SSO) authentication.

How will the ADID be processed?

Microsoft Authentication Library (MSAL) will be used for ADID integration. We use the standard SSO AzureAD mechanism (the same that is used in SaaS apps including Office 365, salesforce, workday etc.). This means that your own Azure AD is used for authentication. Wipro does NOT store these credentials.
If you are inactive for a brief period of time (15 minutes), you will be logged out of the system.
The access token will be refreshed and regenerated seamlessly every fifty minutes until you log out.

What about the information you upload?

Access control lists (ACLs) are enabled at user ADID level. This means that your queries and any documents you upload into ai360 will not be viewable by others through the ai360 platform.

Are the user activities and searches stored?

Your queries and ai360’s responses are deleted when you log out. Your documents are encrypted in transit and at rest and are stored in Wipro’s Azure Blob storage. Only the user that uploaded the documents has access to them through the ai360 platform. Ai360 will assign a dataset id to these documents and the id will be associated with your ADID. These documents will be retained in ai360 for approximately a month under the dataset id. However, you can and should delete the dataset id at any time it is no longer necessary for ai360 to retain these documents.

Are there any cookies in the ai360 app?

Yes, strictly necessary cookies are embedded on the ai360. These cookies are essential for navigating and enabling certain functions of ai360 such as local device authentication, and image caching. These cookies cannot be disabled.

Your rights and choices

Depending on the country in which you are located, and the data protection laws applicable to you, you may be able to exercise rights and request information about how your data is processed. Please note that the only personal data processed by Ai360 is your ADID. You may have access to the following rights, which may have important exceptions and restrictions under applicable law:

Access to the personal data we process about you;

Rectification of your personal data if it is found to be outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete;

Erasure of your personal data in cases where it is no longer needed to achieve the legitimate purpose of its processing;

Restriction of processing of your personal data in limited circumstances;

Portability of your personal data so that you may receive a copy thereof or that we transmit the same to another company on your behalf.

You have the right to object to processing of personal data

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future under the individual conditions of the consent.

Wipro does not sell your personal information.

Should you choose to exercise any of your rights under the CCPA & CPRA, Wipro will not discriminate against you in any way.
